Arranging the whole image

Composition is the arrangement of visual elements within a work. Placement, spacing, size, and direction can guide attention and connect parts of an image. There is no single arrangement that suits every purpose. Moving a small figure from the center toward the edge changes its relationship to the surrounding space.
