Test with different users

People differ in reach, strength, vision, experience, and the conditions in which they use a product. A control that is easy for its designer may be difficult for others. Include relevant users and tasks in evaluation, and look for barriers in the design. One participant’s success does not establish usability for everyone; document who and what the evaluation covers.
