State what a comparison includes

An environmental comparison needs a clear system boundary. Comparing transport options only during a trip leaves out vehicle production and infrastructure. A broader boundary may change the result, but it also requires more evidence. State the service being compared, the included stages, and exclusions. Different studies can disagree partly because they answer different questions rather than because one measurement is necessarily wrong.
