Check who and what the findings describe

Psychological research often studies particular participants in particular settings. A result from one language, school, or community may not transfer unchanged to another. Task meanings and social expectations can differ. Describe the participants and investigate whether a measure works comparably before making claims about all people or ranking cultures.
