Compare the underlying information

Framing concerns how the presentation of information can influence judgments. A course described as having 80% completion can also be described as having 20% noncompletion when both refer to the same learners and period. The emphasis differs although the rates are complements. Check denominators and definitions before treating two descriptions as equivalent.
