Read a chart before comparing
A chart needs a title, labeled axes, units, and a clear scale. Bar length usually represents a category count or amount. Bars beginning above zero can exaggerate relative differences. Line charts often show change over an ordered sequence such as time. Before interpreting a pattern, check what each mark measures.
